Digital registration for foreigners in Belarus by year end

A system for the digital registration of foreigners will go online in Belarus by the end of the year, the press service of the Belarusian Interior Ministry told BelTA.
On 2 June 2017 the Council of Ministers of Belarus released resolution No.412 to amend the rules of stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus. The changes will come into force on 15 July 2017.
In line with the new rules foreigners will no longer have to personally show up at the registration agency if they have already been registered using a dedicated website. Showing up in person will be optional.
