Belarus has hosted over 300,000 visa-waiver travelers from the neighboring EU countries since 1 January 2023, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.

Some 685,687 people from the neighboring EU countries have visited Belarus since the launch of the visa-waiver program, including 434,794 citizens of Lithuania, 47,499 non-citizens and 155,487 citizens of Latvia, and 47,907 Polish citizens.

Since the start of the year, Belarus has welcomed 300,701 residents of the neighboring EU states, including 186,531 citizens of Lithuania, 67,535 citizens and 20,620 non-citizens of Latvia, and 26,197 Polish citizens.
