Belarus, Cuba finalize draft military cooperation agreement, action plan for 2024
A draft agreement on military cooperation and a plan of bilateral events for 2024 were agreed during the negotiations between representatives of the armed forces of Belarus and Cuba in Havana, BelTA learned from the Defense Ministry.
The Belarusian military delegation led by Head of the International Military Cooperation Department, Aide for International Military Cooperation to the Belarusian Defense Minister Valery Revenko was received by General Roberto Legrá Sotolongo, Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Minister of Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces.
During the visit, the Belarusian military also visited a tank division and an air defense brigade of the Western Military District.
